How do the two methods differ?
The AI Board Method settles the strategy: business model, pricing, people, bets – for leadership teams and advisory boards. The AI Lab Method builds the capability: governance, your own AI Lab, use cases, adoption – for practitioners and teams. Each work stands on its own, and their endings point at each other.
Do I need both?
Each method is complete on its own. Both together pay off when strategy and capability building are to meet in the same company: the Board decides, the Lab delivers – and the double licence is €490 a year less than two single licences.
How do I buy the double licence?
At the platforms’ launch through either of the two sites: one purchase unlocks both platforms. Until then, the waiting list on either site is enough – the founding member price also applies to the double licence.
Who pays for the licence?
In most cases, the company: every licence comes with an invoice with VAT shown. Every licence ends automatically at the end of its term; renewing is a fresh, deliberate purchase.
Are the books available on their own?
Yes, both are published in print and as e-books through the book trade, €49 each. The book price is credited against any licence; buyers of both books have both credited against the double licence.
In which languages?
Books, tools and platforms are fully bilingual, English and German – switchable on every page.
